Introduction
Welcome to OmniPilates.co.uk’s Terms of Use! We are truly excited to have you aboard. Thank you for choosing to use our services.

Pilates sessions and other fitness and exercise sessions are supplied by Kristina Vere-Bujnowski trading as Omni Pilates, subject to the following express Terms.
In these Terms, “we”/”us”/”our” means Kristina Vere-Bujnowski trading as Omni Pilates, and “you”/”your”/”yours” means you, the customer.
These Terms together with our booking confirmation (which may be oral or written) constitute the contract (“the Contract”) between us for the supply of services to you. The Contract shall not be varied in any way whatsoever unless agreed in advance in writing between the parties.
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
​Corporate Customers
​
For Corporate Customers, rescheduling requests should be sent via email to hello@omnipilates.co.uk. Similar to regular bookings, rescheduling is subject to slot availability on the specified day, and immediate availability cannot be guaranteed.
​
Weekly Group Classes
​
Please note that there are no rescheduling functions available for Weekly Group Classes.
​
Group Class Single Pass
​
Also, please be aware that the Group Class Single Pass does not offer rescheduling functions.
​
Consequences of Late Changes
​
Where applicable (private and semi-private sessions), failure to make changes within the stipulated time (at least 24 hours in advance) will result in session forfeiture. In such cases, you will not be eligible for a refund, credit, or rescheduled session. We appreciate your understanding of these terms, as they contribute to a seamless and enjoyable Pilates experience for all our clients.
Refunds
All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please note that Private & Semi-Private sessions and packages purchased have defined expiry periods. Please refer to the Validity period for full information.
Delayed Start
Corporate

If the session is delayed due to you, the session can still commence, but the session end time will remain the same, without entitlement to a refund, credit, or rescheduled session.

Group Classes
​
Group classes will commence at the given time. If you are late, you may join the session without disturbing anyone, but the end time will remain the same, and there will be no entitlement for a refund, credit, or rescheduled session. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants.
Validity period
​Group Classes

Single Session: Valid for the day.

Packs of 6 Sessions: These packs are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

Packs of 12 Sessions: These packs are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Commercial Quotes
Any commercial quotes provided by us are active for a period of 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, the quote will expire, and any pricing or availability may be subject to change. For continued consideration, you are advised to request updated quotes as needed.
Group Classes
Unless explicitly stated, the session is a group Pilates class conducted between you, other participants and us at the agreed location. No other persons will be involved unless otherwise agreed in writing. The total cost is paid by you, and we cannot assist with recuperating any cost, loss, or expense you may incur.

It is mandatory you complete the enrollment form 24 hours before the scheduled session. If you have previously filled out the form and there have been any updates to your personal or medical details, we kindly request you to resubmit the form. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your session. In such cases, the session will be forfeited, and you will not be eligible for a refund, credit, or rescheduled session.
Corporate Events / Workshops / Sessions
Unless explicitly stated, the Pilates instructor/s and session structure is arranged by us. The location and number of participants will be determined in advance based on the agreed-upon terms. The total cost is borne by you, and we cannot assist with recuperating any cost, loss, or expense incurred by you. The session is exclusively organised for corporate events, workshops or sessions and is not open to other individuals unless mutually agreed upon in writing.

You are responsible to gather the fitness, health, and any special needs information from the group. To facilitate this process, we will provide an "Enrollment Form," which every participant must fill out and complete at least 24 hours before the session. This ensures that we have all the necessary details to customise the Pilates experience to meet each
individuals and group requirements.

Please note that individuals who have not filled out the enrollment form will not be able to participate in the session. In such cases, there will be no refund provided. Your cooperation in ensuring all participants complete the form is crucial for a successful and enjoyable Pilates session for everyone involved.

Corporate Sessions

Designated Space Responsibility
​
For Corporate Pilates sessions, it is your responsibility to designate a safe and suitable area within your preferred location for the session. This designated space should be free from hazards and provide ample room for movement.
​
You must also secure any required permissions for conducting the Pilates session in the designated space and cover any costs incurred to maintain, clean, and use the area. Additionally, ensure the designated space is clean, well-ventilated, adequately lit, and has a stable floor surface suitable for exercising.
​
Assessment of Designated Space
​
We reserve the right to assess the suitability of the designated space for conducting a safe and effective Pilates session. If, upon arrival, we determine that the designated space is not fit for this purpose, we retain the right to cancel the session. In such cases, the session will be forfeited, and you will not be eligible for a refund, credit, or rescheduled session.

Parking Considerations
​
​For our corporate customers, specific parking arrangements will be agreed upon in advance to ensure a seamless Pilates session. Nonetheless, any delays or parking-related issues will remain at your risk, and we will not be liable for any resulting consequences.
​
If parking directly in front of the preferred location is unavailable, please communicate alternate parking arrangements at least 24 hours before the session. This allows us to plan accordingly and ensure a smooth and timely Pilates session.
​
Vehicle Details for Permits
​
If we need to provide you with vehicle details for the purpose of you paying for a permit or concession, we can readily provide this information upon your request at least 24 hours before the session starts. Your understanding and cooperation in providing any required vehicle details are appreciated.
​
Minimising Distractions
​
During the session, it is your responsibility to minimise distractions to maintain focus and maximise the benefits of the Pilates practice. Promptly address any interruptions to ensure the smooth continuation of the session.
​
Indemnification
​
By proceeding with the Pilates sessions at your home or preferred location, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the Pilates sessions conducted at the designated space.

Group Classes
​
Premises Rules
​
It is important that all participants make themselves aware of the premises' rules and ensure compliance at all times. Failure to do so could result in the termination of our contract. For more information, please contact either All Saints Hall, Hampton or contact us at hello@omnipilates.co.uk.

Timely Arrival
​
For group classes held at All Saints Hall, Hampton, we expect all participants to arrive on time to ensure a prompt and efficient start. While we understand that unforeseen delays can occur, we kindly request that you make every effort to arrive promptly.
​
Parking
​
Please be aware that parking availability for our group classes will be on a first-come, first-served basis. It is your responsibility to secure parking as needed. We will not be responsible for any parking fines or charges incurred by you.
​
Minimising Distractions
​
It is also your responsibility to minimise potential distractions during group classes to maintain focus and maximise the benefits of the Pilates practice. Promptly address any interruptions to ensure the smooth continuation of the session.
​
Late Arrival
​
If you are late for a group class, you may join the session without disturbing other participants, as long as it doesn't disrupt the flow of the class. Please be mindful of the scheduled end time, which will remain the same for all participants. Unfortunately, late arrivals will not be entitled to a refund, credit, or rescheduled session due to the nature of group classes and to ensure a consistent experience for all attendees.

Liability for Property Damage
​
Please note that Omni Pilates cannot accept liability for any damage you make to the property where the group classes are held. By proceeding with the Pilates group class at All Saints Hampton, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the Pilates sessions conducted at the designated space.
Equipment
Unless explicitly stated, you are responsible for bringing your own mat.
Availability and Scheduling
You will need to check the website for service availability when booking or amending. If you are a corporate customer, please contact us at hello@omnipilates.co.uk.
Booking Confirmation
You will receive a booking confirmation via email after payment for the services is paid in full.
Payment Information
Full payment is due at the time of booking and a receipt is issued by email to the registered email address at booking, please check your spam inbox.
Customer Code of Conduct

Respect for Teacher: Show respect and courtesy towards the teacher.

Punctuality: Be ready on time for classes and or appointments to ensure that sessions can start as scheduled.

Communication: Communicate any concerns or specific needs to the teacher before the session begins.

Safety First: Follow the teacher's instructions carefully, especially regarding safety precautions during exercises.

Mindfulness: Stay present and focused during the session, engaging fully in the exercises.

Cleanliness: Come to the session with clean workout attire and personal hygiene.

Noise Level: Keep noise levels reasonable to avoid disrupting others during group sessions.

Mobile Phones: Silence or switch off phones to minimise distractions during the session.

Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to the teacher if necessary, in a respectful and appropriate manner.

External Premises Rules: Make yourselves aware of the premises' rules and ensure compliance at all times.
By adhering to these guidelines, customers can create a harmonious and conducive atmosphere for themselves and others during their Pilates sessions, ensuring a positive experience for everyone involved.
Fitness and Health
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you hereby confirm that you have no health problems (including without limitation cardiac irregularities; spinal, bone, joint, tendon or ligament injuries; spells of dizziness; asthma (or other breathing difficulty); diabetes, epilepsy or any allergy) which may affect your participation in any sessions with us.

It is your sole responsibility to notify us before attending any session of any circumstances affecting your health which may be exacerbated through continued use of our services and/or which may have arisen or worsened since your last session at your home (if any). You are advised not to undertake strenuous physical activity without first seeking medical advice if they have concerns over your physical condition and well-being. If you have low/high blood pressure and/or cardiac irregularities you should not undertake the sessions. If there is any doubt, you should consult your doctor.
We reserve the right to refuse our service to you if, in its absolute discretion, it considers that the health of the individual concerned may be endangered by undertaking the session.
You are required to follow the instructions of the instructor at all times.
Customers with Special Needs
If you have special needs, please inform us of your requirements by emailing hello@omnipilates.co.uk before making an online booking. To help us accommodate your needs, kindly contact us at least 48 hours in advance of the date and time of the first class you wish to book. Your well-being is our priority, and we strive to ensure a comfortable and inclusive experience for all.
Waiver
It is your sole responsibility to check with your doctor or medical practitioner about your suitability for our sessions and to obtain his/her written consent where necessary. While we take every care to ensure safe practice, there are inherent risks in any exercise programme and we accept no liability whatsoever for any injury or illness you incur through taking our sessions (except as a result of our negligence) or by your failure to notify us of any existing health problems or special needs.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable to you or deemed to be in breach of these Terms by reason of any delay in performing or any failure to perform any of our obligations in relation to these Terms, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, Acts of God, explosion, flood, tempest, fire or accident, war or threat of war, riot, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance, restrictions, regulations, by-laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any government, parliamentary, or local authority, strikes, lockouts or other industrial action or trade disputes (whether involving our employees or those of any third party), I.T. viruses, difficulties in obtaining raw materials, labour, fuel, parts or machinery, power failure or breakdown in machinery.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
